The questions we hear most
These are the questions that come up again and again from viewers in Britain, Ireland and America, from the first enquiry to everyday use. If yours is missing, send it to us on WhatsApp.
Most answers apply wherever you live. Where the country makes a difference, such as time zones or paying from a non-euro account, we point it out.
What does Polish IPTV cost per month?
It depends on how long you book. A single month is €19. Three months cost €37, or €12.33 a month, and six months cost €52, which is €8.67 a month. The best value is the annual plan at €80: €6.67 a month and €148 less than twelve separate months. Every plan includes the same content, with no extra charge for sport or 4K.
How do I order, and when does my login arrive?
Go to the prices page and tap the WhatsApp button on the plan you want. The message with your period and price is already written; just send it. We reply with payment details in the chat. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we send your username and password to that same conversation.
I pay in pounds or dollars. Is that a problem?
No, but be aware that our prices are in euro. Your bank or card provider converts the payment from sterling or dollars at its own rate and may charge a foreign-transaction fee. If you want certainty about the final amount, check your card terms or pay from a euro balance if your banking app offers one.
Which devices can I watch on?
Smart TVs with an app store, streaming boxes plugged into HDMI, phones and tablets, and laptops or desktop computers. Each needs an IPTV player app from an official store. An older television without apps can be brought back into service with a small box. Full instructions are in the installation guide.
How fast does my internet need to be?
As a guide, 15 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for Full HD and about 50 Mbps for 4K. What really counts is the speed you get in the evening, when everyone in the house is streaming, gaming and on video calls at once. In many homes a wired connection to the TV or box gives the most stable picture.
I live in the US. How do I deal with the time difference?
The programme guide shows Polish channel times, so you can see at a glance what is on. Poland is usually six hours ahead of the East Coast and nine ahead of the West Coast. Timeshift on supported channels lets you start a programme from the beginning after it has aired, so the evening news can fit around your day rather than the other way round.
Do I have to use the VPN?
No. A VPN is included, but you will rarely need it at home on your own connection. It is most useful on networks you do not control, such as hotel Wi-Fi, holiday lets or public hotspots. You can switch it on and off as you like.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. There is no rolling subscription and no notice period to remember. When the period you paid for ends, access ends too. If you want to continue, message us before the end date and pick a new plan, which can be a different length from the one you had before.
Can I watch on more than one device at the same time?
You can install the player on several devices. How many can stream simultaneously is something we confirm with you in the WhatsApp chat when you order. Please ask us directly rather than relying on what you read on forums.
Is IPTV legal, and do I need a TV licence?
IPTV is simply a way of delivering television over the internet, and large network operators use it too. What matters legally is whether a service holds the rights to the content it shows. In the UK, licence rules depend on how you watch, for example live broadcasts, so check the official guidance for your household. We cannot give legal advice; our Polish page Czy IPTV jest legalne? offers a neutral overview.
Moving country? Your plan comes with you
A lot of our viewers do not stay in one place. Someone who starts in Birmingham may move to Dublin for a better job, or cross the Atlantic to join family in Illinois. Because the service runs over the internet, your login keeps working after the move as long as you have a decent connection at the new address. Just remember that the time difference to Poland changes, so the guide will look earlier or later than you are used to.
Writing to us? Include these three things
- the device you are using, for example a smart TV, a streaming box or a laptop
- a screenshot or photo of the screen showing the problem
- whether other streaming apps on the same connection are working normally
With that information we can usually point you in the right direction in one reply. Support runs on WhatsApp at +44 7576 966392.
Next steps: compare prices, read the installation guide or return to the Polish IPTV overview. Answers in Polish are on the Polish FAQ.
